Senior Finance and HR Manager
The Senior Finance and HR Manager will:
· Be responsible for the overall management, delivery and observance of the College's financial processes and policies
· Work with the CEO on facilitating strategy delivery from a financial standpoint
· Offer advice and guidance to the CEO and senior staff on employment law, best practice and policy and procedures in relation to HR matters
· Update and help to carry out the College's HR policies
Annual Salary: £ 58,000 -£ 60,000
Part-time: 4 days per week (3 days may be possible for the right candidate)
Accountable to: The CEO
Location: London Office (we will also consider flexible working)
Benefits: Generous leave, Pension (SAUL)
The Senior Finance and HR Manager should :
· Be able to advise employers on issues ranging from simple to complex
· Have experience of success in a similar financial management role
· Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
· Have a can-do attitude towards work
· Be very familiar with strategic financial planning and employment law
· Have received higher education and got a good degree
