Look at a picture    Kofi Annan: what is he?  (Secretary General of the United Nations)

He has been making contributions to our society. And he once said, each contribution, no matter how small, can help make a difference. That’s to say, almost all people should do some voluntary work, esp us young people. In other words, he expects us to be volunteers.

Look at the sign ; it stands for the Chinese young volunteers.
