Take care of yourselfA hot batha massageand a good bookthese can all give you a “quiet time” when you just focus on yourself

Don't gobble(狼吞虎咽地吃) your foodThis is usually a problem for ussince our fast food culture seems to forgive us for eating on the runBut enjoytaste and smell because your digestion will be glad if you do itand you'll end up being a lot calmer and focused

Feeling anxious? Just breatheCalm down by taking a few deep breaths

Re­connect with old friendsThe Internet makes it easier than ever to find people whom you haven't seen for yearsNot only does it “complete your story”but you'll start to remember some very joyous and humorous memoriesthings you haven't thought of for years

Practice gratitudeThis seems to be said time and time againbut with good reasonit helps us focus on the positiverather than the negativeEven the worst day has a few bright spotsso every nightmake a list of at least three things for which you are grateful
