Several years ago, while attending a communication course（课程）, I experienced a most unusual process（过程）. The instructor(教师) asked us to list anything in our past that we felt 31 of, regretted or incomplete about and read our lists aloud.
This seemed like a very 32 process, but there’s always some 33 soul in the crowd who will volunteer. The instructor then 34 that we find ways to 35 people, or take some action to right any wrongdoings. I was seriously wondering how this could ever 36 my communication.
